Alex Albon has been discharged from the hospital
Alex Albon was allowed to leave the hospital in the morning, the driver was seen smiling.

Albon was among the drivers involved in the terrible accident at the start of the British Grand Prix. George Russell barrel-rolled Guanyu Zhou and caused panic behind him in the rest of the grid, leading some drivers to misjudge their braking.
Sebastian Vettel was one of them. The poor visibility and chaos caused Alex Albon to brake abruptly. Unable to react, Vettel locked his wheels and collided with Albon, sending him into the wall. The rebound then threw him into the middle of the chaos on the track.
While he exited alone from his car, it was after the medical check at the circuit center that the Thai driver was sent to Coventry hospital for further examinations. The driver’s life was never in danger.
His team confirmed this morning that Albon had been discharged from the hospital and that their driver was in perfect health, ready to race in Austria. Albon expressed himself on social media and shared some good news: “I’m very happy that everyone is doing well. Thank you to all the staff on the track and at Coventry Hospital. I’m disappointed that our race ended before it even started, but I’m already focused on the next race in Austria.”
