Pierre Gasly and Esteban Ocon were present at the Ballon d’Or ceremony
On Monday, October 17th, the 66th Ballon d'Or ceremony was sponsored by Alpine. For the occasion, future teammates Pierre Gasly and Esteban Ocon were in the front row.
In the midst of the soccer stars, two guests were present, even though they have nothing to do with the most popular team sport on the planet.
Alpine was one of the sponsors of the 66th Ballon d’Or ceremony. The opportunity was perfect to invite two Frenchmen who will team up in the French team next year: Pierre Gasly, still under contract with AlphaTauri, and Esteban Ocon.
The two Normans were dressed in a nice suit, but the latter had first put on his driver suit: Ocon took charge of making his way to the Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris… on board a 2013 Lotus E21, in blue colors!
He then had the great honor of holding in his hands the prestigious trophy that so many amateurs and professionals covet.
Karim Benzema therefore had his reward delivered in F1… now that’s original!
