The awards season continues with the Automobile Sports Trophies, organized by the French Federation of Automobile Sports (FFSA) which took place on Monday evening. This ceremony honored the key players in the French automotive landscape who made an impact in the past year. It was also an opportunity for the FFSA to celebrate its 70th anniversary in grand style at the UNESCO headquarters in Paris.

To mark the occasion, the future Alpine driver duo, Pierre Gasly and Esteban Ocon, were present to award a Gold Steering Wheel to Bruno Famin, executive director of the French brand. Four other Gold Steering Wheels were awarded to recognize the most outstanding performances of the season at the international level.

Victor Martins has thus received this trophy thanks to his FIA Formula 3 championship title, his second Golden Steering Wheel, 6 years after the one received for his world karting title.

The driver from the French FFSA Espoirs Karting team, Arthur Dorison, also added his name to the list of winners with his victory in the FIA Karting Academy Trophy.

First winner in the history of the FIA ETCR World Cup, Adrien Tambay was also rewarded on the Parisian stage. An opportunity to honor the memory of his father, Patrick Tambay, who passed away on December 4th, and to whom a tribute was paid by his son and all 1000 guests.
