The main grandstand of the Miami GP will accommodate even more people this season
Given the success of the last edition, which was sold out, the organization of the Miami Grand Prix announces the sale of additional tickets, increasing the capacity of the main grandstand to 56,000 seats. The organizers are also launching a new ticket called the "Campus Pass."

Expanded stands, new spaces… the Miami International Autodrome is adapting to growing interest. Due to high demand, the 2022 attractions, such as the MIA marina’s Yacht Club and the Hard Rock Beach Club, will be enlarged. Moreover, the organizers have added 61 new hospitality suites and two new luxury club spaces, The Vista at Turn 1 and The Boathouse at the Marina. For 2023, a brand-new permanent building for the Formula 1 Paddock Club will extend across multiple levels along the Hard Rock Stadium, providing unparalleled views of the pit lane and the start/finish line. It will include luxurious hospitality areas and catering services, states the F1 statement.
While 3000 more tickets are being sold compared to last year, a new addition has also been created: the Campus Pass. It will allow a greater number of fans to experience Formula 1 and the culture of Miami by accessing unique locations around the site. This includes elevated observation platforms on Trackside Lane, located between turns 8 and 10, and access to the official F1 Fan Zone, which includes racing simulators and various food and beverage offerings, it is indicated.
The 10 F1 teams will be set up on the football grounds of the Miami Dolphins, at the center of the Hard Rock Stadium, and the area will be accessible to all ticket holders, including the Campus Pass.
Finally, this new pass will allow spectators to access exclusive areas. « Holders of the general campus access card will be able to visit the MIA marina where the beautiful luxury yachts are located inside turns 6 and 7. They will be able to dine on the Yacht Club deck and enjoy various options of food and beverages specializing in South Florida’s local cuisine ».
In view of the $350 million generated by the 2022 edition for the local economy, the organizers hope to build on this success to make this Grand Prix an essential event on the calendar.
The tickets and the Campus Pass are on sale starting this Monday, January 23rd.
