Lando Norris on track in Barcelona
Just a few weeks before pre-season testing in Bahrain, the drivers are taking turns getting back on the asphalt. Today, it's Lando Norris who is getting back behind the wheel in Barcelona.
After a short karting session earlier this month, Lando Norris took his place in a single-seater this morning for the first time this year. He is driving on the Barcelona circuit in an MCL35M, a car from the 2021 season. The weather conditions are good with sun and rather mild temperatures.
These track tests return to the calendar at the end of each winter break, giving the drivers and the entire team a chance to get back into the swing of things before the pre-season trials.
McLaren started its MCL37 for the 2023 season last week and will unveil its livery on February 13th.
