He looked as happy as the fans! The Monégasque had the opportunity to drive the new SF23 first before sharing the wheel with his teammate Carlos Sainz.
“It feels good. I mean, the first few kilometers with these new projects after spending so many kilometers on the simulator, it has a special side,” he claimed after getting out of the car.
Everything went well. Obviously, with only two laps, it’s difficult to go into detail. But I already gave my feedback to the engineers once I was in the car to get the first impressions. It’s working well, smoothly, everything went very well.
