Mercedes has signed a new partnership with mobile technology company Qualcomm
Alongside the presentation of its W14, Mercedes announces a partnership with Qualcomm via Snapdragon, whose logo is already featured on the new race car.

This multi-year collaboration aims to accelerate the digital transformation of the German team by creating a state-of-the-art virtual space on the Brackley campus. The agreement primarily focuses on the brand of chips for mobile devices, Snapdragon. Its logo is already featured on the W14 presented this morning, on the drivers’ racing suits, on the clothing of senior executives, and in the garage.
Former sponsor of Ferrari, Snapdragon wanted a long-term collaboration with the Scuderia, but the contract eventually ended after the 2022 season as the Italian team did not wish to renew.
“Snapdragon offers high-end experiences and our partners are the best in their category. The Formula 1 team Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS is the most technologically advanced team in F1, making it the ideal partner for the Snapdragon brand,” said Don McGuire, Vice President and Marketing Director of Qualcomm Technologies.
“Innovation is at the heart of our activity. It is just as important for connecting with our fans and building the workplace of the future as it is for the design and creation of our race cars,” stated Toto Wolff, boss of the Mercedes team.
