The Alfa Romeo 2023 already present in F1 22
The new livery of Alfa Romeo is now available for F1 22 players.
At the dawn of the winter testing session, EA and Codemasters are offering F1 22 players a taste of the upcoming Formula 1 season. Indeed, with the latest update of F1 22, the livery of the Alfa Romeo C43 can be applied to the current race car. While Codemasters’ games had already allowed players to drive with retro or previous year’s cars, this is the first time that a post-season livery of a team is being applied to the previous season’s game.
However, the new livery of Valtteri Bottas and Zhou Guanyu’s team is only available in time trial mode. It is therefore impossible to race with the C43 colors in Grand Prix mode against computers or even in online mode.
This is not the first time that Codemasters offers players the possibility to change the liveries of current teams. Indeed, the special Monza livery of Ferrari or the livery designated for McLaren’s Asian tour were both available in the game but only temporarily. However, for this Alfa Romeo livery, there is no mention anywhere that it will be present in the game for a limited time.
