Ferrari changes its strategy manager
Ferrari has decided to dismiss their strategy manager, Ignacio Rueda, who will be reassigned to a new role in Maranello.

The revolution is underway at Ferrari! After a 2022 season marked by reliability issues, the Scuderia was also often mocked for strategic errors. Having arrived a few months ago, Frédéric Vasseur succeeds Mattia Binotto as team principal and has just made a major change within the team.
Starting from this season, Ignacio Rueda will no longer be leading the Ferrari strategists’ team in F1. Often criticized, the 44-year-old engineer will also no longer be present at the Grand Prix as he will be taking on a new role in Maranello.
His replacement is called Ravin Jain. A great promotion for this strategy engineer graduated from the University of Oxford, who joined Ferrari one day as an intern.
