Williams Racing announces the appointment of its new Operations Director
Williams announced on Tuesday, March 14th, the appointment of Frédéric Brousseau, a Canadian, as Director of Operations.

The Quebecois, graduate of HEC Montreal, spent 26 years of his career in the aerospace industry within the company Pratt & Whitney Canada, which manufactures engines for civil and military aviation. After starting in the workshop, he subsequently climbed the ranks and was recently the Vice President of Operations. He will be joining Williams in April next.
We are very pleased to welcome Frederic on board as an energetic and experienced leader who can help with the transformation of Williams Racing. He began his career working in the workshop, and his most recent position involved overseeing global aerospace operations, including managing multiple manufacturing sites worldwide and an operation with over 10,000 employees.
“I expect him to make a significant contribution to our journey within Williams Racing,” rejoiced Matthew Savage, Chairman of the board of the British team.
Frédéric Brousseau says, himself, « impatient to join a team with such a Formula 1 heritage. »
There is no better feeling than embarking on a brand new adventure and working towards the realization of one’s dreams. I am excited to start and contribute to building the future of the organization alongside all the members of Williams Racing, he concluded.
After the arrival of James Vowles as Team Principal, Williams continues its recruitment. Now, they only have to find a technical director to replace François-Xavier Demaison, who left at the end of the 2022 season.
