Lewis Hamilton receives a 5-second penalty at the Austrian Grand Prix
Lewis Hamilton must serve a 5-second penalty in the pit lane after exceeding the track limits of the Red Bull Ring following a black and white flag.

The issues regarding the track limits of the Red Bull Ring are back this Sunday. After repeatedly exceeding the limits after the start of the Austrian Grand Prix, Lewis Hamilton was handed a black and white flag. His team warned him to be especially careful at turn 10.
Lando Norris, just behind the Mercedes driver, also complained that the seven-time world champion was exceeding limits “almost everywhere”.
But Lewis Hamilton continued to make this mistake and therefore received a 5-second penalty.
Note that other drivers, like Carlos Sainz, have also received a black and white flag and therefore run the risk of having 5 seconds added to their time.
On his side, Hamilton complains over the radio that Sergio Pérez is also exceeding the track limits at turn 10.
