Chrome is back at McLaren for their home Grand Prix. At Silverstone, the English team will wear chrome, a special color that the horse hasn’t used since 2014.

“The idea of bringing back the iconic livery of the team is an idea closely related to the sponsor Google Chrome, and the team itself asserts,” says Zack Brown, director of McLaren Racing.

« It’s no secret that racing fans love McLaren’s classic chrome livery. Google Chrome wanted to bring elements of this iconic livery to celebrate our team’s history at the British Grand Prix, and we are thrilled to be able to give our fans what they want. I’m sure this livery will bring back fond memories for many of our fans, and I can’t wait to see it on track during our home race. »
