In Hungary, Red Bull achieved its 12th consecutive victory and Max Verstappen, his 7th. A record broken for the Austrian team, succeeding McLaren and its 11 consecutive wins in 1988. At Spa, a home race awaits Max Verstappen, born in Belgium. Perhaps this will enable him to secure an 8th consecutive win?

Behind, the competition is fierce but no one is able to get close to Red Bull and the untouchable Max Verstappen who flies behind the wheel of his RB19. Will Sergio Pérez be able to give his Dutch teammate a hard time? The Mexican will need to have a good qualifying session to be able to compete at the front. Can McLaren increase its level of performance? Currently, the Woking team seems to be the closest to Red Bull in terms of race pace. And what about Mercedes? After Lewis Hamilton’s pole position in Hungary, Toto Wolff’s team will be eager to try and achieve a good result before the break. Will Ferrari and Aston Martin be able to get closer to the front of the grid, as they have been fighting for the last few points positions since Silverstone? Let’s not forget the many straight lines on the Spa circuit that could benefit Williams and its top speed, as well as the developments brought by Alpine. Will the French team be able to recover?
