Carlos Sainz will participate in a golf tournament
The Spanish pilot, experienced golfer, will take part in the Ryder Cup Celebrity Match, which will be held a few days after the Japan Grand Prix, at the end of the month.

We know that F1 drivers are accomplished athletes. If Valtteri Bottas is passionate about cycling outside of the racetracks, Carlos Sainz is an excellent golfer, and he regularly shares his achievements on the greens during his days off.
The Spaniard will take part, on September 27th, in the All-Star Match (the celebrity match) of the legendary Ryder Cup. Established in 1927, this golf tournament takes place every two years and pits two teams against each other: the best European players against the best American players. It is held alternately in the United States and Europe, and the 2023 edition will take place in Rome at the end of the month.
Excité à propos de celui-ci! 💪🏻⛳️ https://t.co/Ix2gEBjAuL

During competition week, a Gala match is organized between stars who are fans of swing. Here, there will be no Europe versus the United States, but simply a clash between two teams of six members. The Ferrari driver will play on home ground in Italy, just like his teammate Andriy Shevchenko, Ballon d’Or winner with AC Milan.
Both will face, among others, tennis champion Novak Djokovic or even former Real Madrid footballer Gareth Bale. The event will be live-streamed on the Ryder Cup’s YouTube and Twitter accounts.
