Lando Norris: « The team has done a great job »
Second at Suzuka, the McLaren driver secured his fourth podium of the season.
Solid from the start and throughout the race, Lando Norris was very happy when he got out of the car after the Japanese Grand Prix.
« It was an incredible day for us. I got off to a great start. We weren’t far from Max. »
Proud of his team, Norris insisted on paying tribute to them and took the opportunity to praise his teammate’s performance.
« The team has done a great job. Our progress is exceptional. I am also happy for Oscar. Now, we take it step by step. I can’t wait for the next races. »
With this result, Norris is now on par with George Russell in 7th place in the championship.
