There is much talk about the success of Drive to Survive for the popularity of F1. But this success has also done a lot of good for Netflix, which has decided to duplicate the concept in golf (Full Swing), tennis (Break Point), the Tour de France and American football (Quaterback), not to mention the variants like the series on David Beckham.

Up until now, Netflix has never aired live sports because its leaders believe it’s not possible to make a profit from the purchase of broadcasting rights, which are currently skyrocketing. Instead of entering this battle, the platform has decided to launch its own competition with athletes it already knows. On the Formula 1 driver’s side, we will find Carlos Sainz, Pierre Gasly, Alex Albon, and Lando Norris. On the golfer’s side: Rickie Fowler, Max Homa, Justin Thomas, and Collin Morikawa.

As for the location of the competition, no need to look far: it will obviously be Las Vegas, in the opening of the inaugural Grand Prix in the Sin City. The competition process provides for an eight-hole match for the four teams. The two best will face off for a final hole and to be crowned.

To follow the competition, it will therefore be necessary to go exclusively to Netflix on November 14th.
