Curfew violated by Ferrari, Mercedes, and Aston Martin in Abu Dhabi
The three teams, Ferrari, Aston Martin, and Mercedes, had personnel working within the paddock outside of authorized hours. No sanctions were imposed as their quota had not been reached yet.
The FIA establishes working schedules for the Formula 1 team personnel in order to protect their health. However, the regulation allows for two exceptions per season before being penalized. As it is the last race of the year, some teams have taken advantage of their unused curfew allowance to violate it.
The Scuderia Ferrari, Mercedes, and Aston Martin have had staff working in the paddock outside of authorized hours. For all three teams, this is the second curfew violation out of a maximum of two allowed. As a result, there will be no penalties.
