The live coverage of the winter testing – Day 2:

7:59 AM: There are already two cars out of their pit boxes waiting for the green flag. Alonso in the Aston Martin, Sergio Perez in the Red Bull.

7:43 am: It is currently 27.4°C on the track, 21.5°C in the air at Sakhir. The sun is shining brightly and will quickly heat up the atmosphere and the circuit. The wind has decreased compared to yesterday and hotter temperatures are expected. The tests here are taking place from 10am to 7pm with a 1-hour break at 2pm. The sun sets at 5:40 pm, so the last hour will be at night, in the cool.

7:39 AM: The major innovations brought by the teams are focused on what we have seen at the entrances of the pontoons to better diffuse the air, also at the level of the “moustache”, the glued parts between the nose and the fin, as well as the areas around the halo and the hood.

7:30 AM: Welcome to our page to follow the important events of this second day of private testing in Bahrain.
