Logan Sargeant will not take part in qualifying at Zandvoort
It was a blow for Williams, which saw only one of its single-seaters take part in qualifying.

It was to be expected. After his very big crash during the third free practice session of the Dutch Grand Prix, the damage was too severe to be repaired in time.
Despite all the efforts made by the Williams mechanics before the qualifications, the American driver will stay in the garage and watch on screens his teammate Alex Albon fight against the other 18 cars in the field.
Sargeant should, however, take part in the race scheduled for tomorrow at 3 p.m.
