Formula 1 and American Express strengthen their partnership
Formula 1 and American Express have announced a new multi-year sponsorship that expands their collaboration, moving from a partnership in America to global support covering the entire F1 calendar.

The partnership concluded between F1 and American Express in 2023 is now expanded. Reserved for the American continent, it will now extend to all continents, including Australia, Asia, Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East.
This partnership will allow F1 and American Express to offer unique experiences to fans during various Grand Prix events throughout the year. American Express card members will be able to enjoy benefits such as ticket presales, access to the Paddock Club, and grandstand seats (subject to availability). American Express will also organize hospitality events for its clients and partners.
During the 15 Grand Prix of the 2025 season, special experiences will be offered to cardholders. Cardholders will be able to use free Amex radios to follow live commentary. They will also have access to the Amex Fan Experience area, where they can participate in quizzes, create their own takeaway livery, record a driver presentation video, and receive gifts (while stocks last).
Emily Prazer, Commercial Director of Formula 1, expressed her excitement: American Express has been a fantastic partner. We are looking forward to working together to offer better experiences to card members and promote the benefits of American Express to our fans.
The Marketing Director of American Express, Elizabeth Rutledge, added: « We are delighted to expand our partnership with F1. This reinforces our commitment to providing value to our members. F1 is attracting more and more young fans, a key audience for us. »
American Express will also continue to support the F1 Academy, the all-female racing series that promotes equality of opportunities for women in motorsport. This partnership is part of American Express’s strategy to expand its initiatives in the sports and cultural field worldwide.
