“It’s incredible”, Lewis Hamilton wins the sprint race

Yesterday, he secured his first pole in red, and today, he managed to keep his first place in a tight battle with Max Verstappen and Oscar Piastri.

At the beginning of the race, Verstappen was aggressive and pushed much harder, but Lewis played it smart by letting him come back. When Piastri also started to increase the pace, Hamilton managed to keep his tires in a good window. Towards the end of the race, the Briton was much faster than the Australian.

He invited his team not to be distracted by everything that may happen around them, the media, the fans, and social networks where discussions and videos are rampant.

Staying focused for the upcoming events is therefore the Briton’s priority.

Compared to Charles, who was a bit more challenged as he was in the pack. But the dirty air and Russell’s Mercedes pace prevented him from slipping through. He played a lot with his steering wheel, trying not to lose the car.
