Chinese Grand Prix: Lewis Hamilton suffers the same fate as his teammate
Lewis Hamilton was one of three drivers disqualified from the Chinese Grand Prix. No Ferraris are therefore classified.

A real catastrophe. The Chinese Grand Prix was turbulent after the race. Three drivers were disqualified. First Charles Leclerc and Pierre Gasly for driving an underweight car. As a reminder, the Alpine and the Ferrari were weighed at 799 kilos, one less than what the regulations require.
A few minutes after these announcements, it was Lewis Hamilton who was at the center of a decision by the stewards. The Briton was summoned to explain the wear on his floorboard. Ferrari #44 had worn this part too much in places, by only a few tenths of millimeters.
Having excessively worn his floor, the seven-time world champion was disqualified, as was his teammate. This penalty is tough for Ferrari, which sees major points slip away: both drivers had finished fifth and sixth.
The situation benefits Lance Stroll and Carlos Sainz, who move up into the points zone. Isack Hadjar climbs to 11th place. Esteban Ocon is one of the big winners as he is now credited with fifth position.
