Emerson Fittipaldi to drive one of his old F1 cars again
The Brazilian is the guest of honor at Classic Days. Several of his single-seaters will be present at the event. He will drive one of them on the Magny-Cours track.

It was to be expected. So many Formula 1s, but none on the track? That would have been a shame. On April 26 and 27, the Magny-Cours circuit hosts a new edition of the Classic Days.
On this occasion, several motorsport legends will be present: Jacques Laffite, Jacky Ickx, and Emerson Fittipaldi. The Brazilian, a double world champion, is even the guest of honor. The former Lotus and McLaren driver had an impressive career in Formula 1 and IndyCar.
To retrace his journey, several of his cars will be displayed on the Nevers Magny-Cours track. On two occasions, once on Saturday and once on Sunday, Emerson Fittipaldi will take the wheel of the 1980 Fittipaldi F8.
This single-seater finished in eighth position in the championship with 11 points scored.
