Chloé Chambers in pole position in Miami
The qualifying session took place in rainy and tricky conditions, and Chloé Chambers was able to steer the car to the finish.

A small surprise at the start of the session and not a minor one, as it was Abby Pulling, the 2024 champion, who commented on this qualification.
Free practice sessions gave wings to Doriane Pin in the first session and to Maya Weug during the second. The latter faced a lot of difficulty today with the rain.
Only 0.076 seconds separate the top four, with Doriane Pin sealing third place ahead of Ella Lloyd, as track position proved to be the key to success with a heavy shower interrupting the race after the first laps of the pack.
Summary of the qualification
It was under a cloudy sky that this qualifying session began. Despite the bad weather, the track and the air remain warm (38°C on the ground and 27°C in the air).
After 2 minutes of driving, the girls were informed to hurry and achieve a good time before the rain, because two laps later, it was disastrous, and Tina Haussmann was the first to report it on the radio.
The two Red Bulls quickly took the lead with Chambers at 2:00.45 and Palmovski at 2:00.47, joined by the French competitor at 2:00.7. The top 3 was set for the remainder of the qualification.
Dobson, the wild card driver of the weekend, meanwhile, navigated not far from the top 10 between the 13th and 11th place.
The Ferrari driver was unable to manage her car in the Florida rain, maintaining her 10th place throughout the session, stuck in traffic.
There were 20 minutes left on the clock, and all the drivers stopped to put on wet-weather tires. After the majority of the grid did a lap and spins and 360s without escape, luckily without incident, with less than 10 minutes to go, the rain started to ease, allowing the drivers to press a little harder on the accelerator.
The morning was good for ART Grand Prix, with Block and Aurelia Nobels finishing fifth and sixth, which pleased the team looking to bounce back after two mixed weekends.
Alba Felbermayr will therefore start in the lead tomorrow in race1, which is in a reverse grid format.
