What a weekend for the young Brazilian! Gabriel Bortoleto put in a remarkable performance, earning him his first championship points with a superb 8th-place finish.

At the 2025 Austrian Grand Prix, Gabriel Bortoleto delivered an impressive performance that made a lasting impression. The young Brazilian driver, still a rookie in Formula 1, managed to qualify for Q3 for the first time, even ahead of his experienced teammate Nico Hülkenberg, during the qualifications.

A solid race

In the race, Gabriel Bortoleto was able to keep calm and take advantage of his consistent pace on the Red Bull Ring. He delivered a very clean performance, avoiding mistakes and capitalizing on the ups and downs of the race to gain positions.

Result: a very nice 8th place, which allowed him to score his first points in the championship.

This result is all the more remarkable as he ranked just half a second behind Fernando Alonso, his manager and experienced driver, showing great potential for the rest of the season. The latter did not fail to congratulate him at the end of the race.
