François Duval achieved a very nice podium in Germany and will start the Rally of Spain at the wheel of the same Citroën Xsara WRC from the OMV Kronos Citroën team. The Belgian will have to do everything to secure a podium finish with a new feat.
Fourth in 2003 with a Focus WRC, second in 2005 in a Xsara WRC, and sixth last year with the Fabia WRC, François Duval has already achieved good results on the Catalan roads. And his performance in Germany gives him an interesting rating:

Duval’s presence will, in the event of a podium finish, deprive the Ford team, and mainly Gronholm, of significant points as they compete with Loeb in the championship.
The Spanish Rally will begin on Thursday with reconnaissance shakedowns.
