Simon Pagenaud will aim for the title in 2008!

Simon Pagenaud, one of the three French drivers in ChampCar this season, stated that he is aiming for the title next year.

The compatriot of Bourdais, Gommendy, and Philippe in the American discipline is currently 8th in the driver championship in his first season. He is also in second place among the rookies, that is to say, beginners, just behind Doornbos.

He still has a contract with his team for the next season and hopes to gain experience with the winter tests in order to aim for the title in 2008.
