The Serbian, who still hopes that his team will be ready for 2010, although not having a spot on the grid, visited the facilities used by the Japanese team before its withdrawal from the sport.
Stefanovic aims to finalize an agreement that would allow him to take charge of the design of the Toyota car that could have been used next year. He met with the President of Toyota Motorsport, John Howett, as well as Toyota’s Executive Vice President, Yoshiaki Kinoshita, and Pascal Vasselon, Technical Director.
« It was a very productive session to further develop our cooperation, » Stefan GP stated in a press release. « Obviously, we are impressed by Toyota’s work. »
