Jenson Button revealed that he will drive a McLaren for the first time in Valencia on February 3rd, which is the last of the three test days. Pedro de la Rosa will take the first laps in the MP4-25 on the opening day of the tests on February 1st, while Lewis Hamilton will be in action the following day.
« I am in testing on February 3rd, » Button stated in an interview at the Autosport International Show on Sunday. « The first day will be Pedro, then Lewis, and finally me on the third day. »
« I can’t wait to be there. It will be a strange day because it is one of the most important in F1 in 2010, considering the level of the drivers, the speed of the cars, and the level of competitiveness. »
