The 2008 champion is not drastically changing his preparation ahead of Bahrain, which is less than a week away, by avoiding reading all the rumors and speculations that will emerge in the press, media, and online regarding this new affair: « We must avoid getting distracted and focus on what’s important for us, not what’s written and said. »
The FIA will deliver its verdict on the legality of the McLaren early next week. Clarifications are also expected on a regulatory point to avoid repeating the diffuser controversies at the start of the 2009 season.
