Formula 2 – Pole position for Juri Vips
Pole position for Estonian Juri Vips! The Red Bull Junior team achieves a triple with Liam Lawson in second and Denis Hauger in third.

In the first run of this qualifying session, Japanese driver Ayumu Iwasa had set the fastest time before hitting the wall at turn 3 with less than 6 minutes remaining in the session.

In this game, it is Hitech driver Juri Vips who sets the fastest time in 1.53.762. Liam Lawson on his Carlin sets the second fastest time (+0.163), rookie Dennis Hauger takes the third time (+0.211).
Felipe Drugovich, the leader in the driver’s standings, set the fifth fastest time (+0.238).
Théo Pourchaire, on the other hand, slightly disappointing, recorded the twelfth time (+0.678).
Jake Hughes will start from pole position tomorrow for the sprint race with his tenth quickest time (just like in Monaco where he stalled on the grid).
Clément Novalak, the other Frenchman will start twentieth in the races …
