Austrian Grand Prix – Victory for Marcus Armstrong, Pourchaire finishes second
Marcus Armstrong converted his pole position obtained through the reversed grid into victory. Théo Pourchaire finishes second and scores a new podium in Formula 2. Jack Doohan completes the podium.
No trouble at the start of this sprint race. Marcus Armstrong kept the lead of the race ahead of Théo Pourchaire. Richard Verschoor, who started in third position, dropped to sixth place.

Marcus Armstrong, alone in the lead, clinched his second victory of the season after Imola. Théo Pourchaire, who was pushing the limits with track boundaries, secured another podium finish (his eighth in the category). He is currently under investigation for exceeding track limits after the race.
