Dennis Hauger leaves Prema for MP Motorsport
Dennis Hauger, Formula 3 champion in 2021, will join the MP Motorsport team for the 2023 Formula 2 season.
Norwegian driver Dennis Hauger will leave Prema at the end of the season to join the MP Motorsport team.
Currently, Prema driver is in eleventh place in the Formula 2 championship with two victories (in the sprint race in Monaco and the main race in Baku). Good choice for the Norwegian, currently (one meeting before the end of the season), MP Motorsport has already won the driver’s championship with Felipe Drugovich, the Dutch team is leading the team championship, tied with ART GP.
Dennis Hauger had joined Prema in 2021 to compete in his second season in Formula 3. True to form, he will finish as the champion ahead of Jack Doohan and Clément Novalak.
For the moment, we do not know his future teammate. But according to our information, it is likely that his current teammate at Prema, Jehan Daruvala, will join him at MP Motorsport.
Clément Novalak, for his part, will return to Trident (he had finished third in the F3 championship last year with the Italian team).
