Théo Pourchaire penalized with a 3-place grid drop for tomorrow’s sprint race
The French driver received a 3-place penalty after impeding Dennis Hauger during qualifying.
The sentence has just been announced: Théo Pourchaire will start from the 9th position tomorrow in the sprint race, after receiving a penalty for impeding Hauger during qualifying earlier in the day. The Norwegian was unable to continue his fast lap and immediately reported the Frenchman’s obstruction over the radio.
Nothing changes for the main race on Sunday, he will start 5th.
