Justin Wilson with Andretti in Moscow
The Andretti team will field Justin Wilson in place of Scott Speed at the next Formula E round in Moscow.

The next Formula E ePrix will take place on June 6 in the streets of Moscow near the Kremlin, and a new driver will be on the grid of the first 100% electric single-seater championship. It is Justin Wilson—who has notably raced in F1, ChampCar, and more recently IndyCar.
The British driver will be hired by the Andretti team alongside Jean-Eric Vergne, thus replacing Scott Speed who has commitments in another category.
« I can’t wait to make my debut in Formula E with Andretti. I’ve been following the championship from the start, and it’s a really very interesting category. I appreciate that Michael [Andretti] is giving me this opportunity. I know there’s a lot to learn, but I’m thrilled about this new challenge and I’m already looking forward to the Moscow ePrix weekend! » explains Wilson on the Andretti site.
Wilson will thus be the 7th different driver this season fielded by the American team – which is currently in 6th place (out of 10) in the constructors’ championship with 88 points – following Pic, Montagny, Brabham, Vergne, Andretti, and Speed.
