Victorious in a race last season and credited with a 6th place finish in the team standings, Maserati, fully named Maserati MSG Racing for Monaco Sport Group, did not disappoint in the first year of the Gen3 single-seater. Carried by the German driver Maximilian Günther, the team managed by James Rossiter had a solid second half of the season after a somewhat timid first few races.

For season 10, the two Maserati will retain the emblematic blue hue of the Trident brand with the addition of a pattern on the back referring to the future of the brand, whose new models will soon be exclusively 100% electric.

Aiming for victories in 2024, the team based in Monaco will still line up Maximilian Günther who will have a new teammate in Jehan Daruvala. The Indian, former Formula 2 driver and test driver for Mahindra, replaces Edoardo Mortara who spent six years with the team formerly known as Venturi before being renamed Maserati. The Swiss driver is going the other way as he will be the main driver for Mahindra Racing.

Maserati will always share its powertrain with DS Penske, both car brands belonging to the Stellantis group.

The Tipo Folgore, name of the Italian single-seater, will participate with the ten other teams engaged in FE in the winter tests of Valencia which will take place from January 24 to 27 next.
