She had made history at the 6 Hours of Spa this year: with the Richard Mille No. 83 Ferrari, the native of Amiens, Lilou Wadoux, became the first female to win a round of a world automobile championship.

The former driver Richard Mille in LMP2 has passed, this year, official driver at Ferrari and it is quite naturally that his path will lead him to the Hypercar in the coming years.

On the occasion of the Rookie tests, which will be held on Sunday, November 5, the Tricolore will take the wheel of the Ferrari 499P No.51, winner of this year’s 24 Hours of Le Mans. She has already had the opportunity to drive the Toyota Hypercar during previous Rookie tests and impressed the Japanese staff with her involvement.

At Ferrari, another well-known name will be at the wheel: the Israeli Robert Shwartzman, current F2 driver, will swap his seat with the Picarde during the day.

The other manufacturers are filling up

Toyota is not going to skimp on resources, as four drivers will take the track with the GR010, the endurance standard for several years. In addition to José Maria Lopez (who could leave the team in favor of Nyck de Vries), the three other names will be Josh Pierson (P2 driver at United), Jack Hawksworth and Ben Barnicoat (both IMSA champions in the GTD Pro category with Lexus).

Stoffel Vandoorne, who will start his first full season with Peugeot in 2024, will be part of the game with the 9X8 N°94, with his teammates for the day Mikkel Jensen and the Rookie Malthe Jakobsen.

On the LMP2 side, the Frenchman Clément Novalak, in F2 this year, will be entrusted with the Prema N°9 all by himself, on the Bahraini track. Finally, in GTE-Am, which will give way to LMGT3, the Corvette will be handed over to Nicky Catsburg and the Frenchman Antoine Doquin.
