24 Hours of Le Mans 2024 – TF Sport and Corvette, a winning partnership?
TF Sport and Corvette are teaming up for the 2024 season, ready to take on the challenge of the 24 Hours of Le Mans together. Team boss Tom Ferrier is showing a lot of enthusiasm ahead of the big departure.
Aston Martin was the former partner of TF Sport in the WEC, while the GTE category bid farewell. For the GT3 era that started this year, the British team chose to partner with Corvette, which has its sights set on a tenth victory in Le Mans.
The boss of TF Sport, Tom Ferrier, must have been the first witness to the adaptation between two totally different cars. And the adaptation is still ongoing, he also smiles. But fortunately, the people at Corvette have been very generous in accompanying us perfectly in this transition to the Corvette. It is a big job that we are all doing together.
Corvette, with the Z06 GT3 R, will attempt to secure a tenth victory in these 24 Hours of Le Mans (eleventh if we count the double success in 2011 in GTE-Pro and GTE-Am). There is inevitably, at TF Sport, the desire to perpetuate the winning history of the American manufacturer in Sarthe.

If the American manufacturer were to prevail, it would be the only one to achieve two consecutive successes, in GTE and then in LMGT3. However, they will have to get rid of the strong contenders that are Ford and McLaren.
