Sophia Flörsch returns to Algarve Pro Racing
The German, after a very short experience in Indy NXT, is back in endurance racing. Sophia Flörsch has signed a contract with APR.

Here she is again. Nearly three years after her last endurance experience, Sophia Flörsch will once again be participating in very long races. The German has just signed a contract with Algarve Pro Racing.
She had been acquainted with this team during her return to motorsport after her terrible accident in Formula 3 in Macau. In 2022, she joined the Portuguese team for the ELMS championship. During the race at Le Castellet, she secured a second place. She also finished third in Portugal at the end of 2021.
She had also taken part in the 24 Hours of Le Mans for the third time in her career. Her adventure started very badly with a gearbox problem right from the start.
This announcement comes just four days before the second round of the ELMS takes place at the Paul Ricard Circuit.
