24 Heures du Mans – Race H+1: A fantastic comeback for Kévin Estre and Porsche
The Frenchman, at the wheel of the #6 Porsche, made the start of the year. Starting last in the Hypercar class, he put the competition to the sword in the first hour of the race.

A fantastic start. Starting last, Kévin Estre was very aggressive, delivering magnificent images in the Hunaudières amidst the GT3s. The French driver, who began the race with the Porsche #6, displayed incredible speed. So fast that no one could have imagined such a scene.
In front, the Porsche #5 took the lead from the first lap, relegating the two Cadillacs to second and third places. The Aston Martin #007 suffered an early blow in the first few minutes with a slow puncture. Back in the pack, Harry Tincknell was driving at a very high pace.
The Peugeot #93 had a big scare at the entrance of the Porsche curves with a detour into the gravel. The Hypercar even went into the tire wall. The bodywork of the French car shattered completely. It had to return to the pits.
In GT3, two teams placed their professional driver at the start: Racing Spirit of Léman and Richard Mille AF Corse. This was evident as both cars gained more than ten places in the first hour of the race.
