Thursday, the English team indicated in a statement that they have new relevant evidence concerning the fuel of their driver’s car. According to them, the data showed 1.74 liters remaining at the end of the race. The regulations require all drivers to have at least 1 liter. The hearing will then determine if the new evidence discovered by Aston Martin will be accepted as grounds to review the penalty. In this case, a new hearing will be scheduled and perhaps Sebastian Vettel will regain his second place.
