But it wasn’t the only team! Aston Martin also designed a slightly different livery for this Grand Prix, including the famous “007” from James Bond.

One of the standout performers of this Grand Prix was undoubtedly Valtteri Bottas. The Finn, departing from Mercedes, made an impression by setting a magnificent fastest time and winning the sprint qualifying the next day.
Starting last due to an engine change, Bottas will deliver one of his best career performances to finish on the podium of this Italian Grand Prix.

Although quite boring, the sprint qualifying had the merit of offering us the superb onboard camera in the driver’s helmet again! With Fernando Alonso in Belgium, this time it was George Russell who gave us these magnificent images.

If Ricciardo was the strong man, the standout event that entered the history of F1 was undoubtedly the collision between the two title contenders, Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen. A turning point of this season!

In this case, once again, the Halo will have proven its importance since it literally saved Lewis Hamilton’s life who, despite the presence of this safety structure, was still hit by his counterpart’s wheel. With Ricciardo’s 8th career victory, McLaren put an end this Sunday to over 9 years of waiting and 170 Grand Prix to return to victory. The last one dated back to the Brazilian Grand Prix in 2012 with the world champion, Jenson Button. McLaren is back on top!
