Formula 2 is back for the Qatar Grand Prix
The F2 returns to Losail this weekend, after two months of absence. The last Grand Prix took place in Azerbaijan, with Richard Verschoor winning the feature race.

Newcomer to the Formula 2 calendar, the Qatar Grand Prix will take place from November 29 to December 1.
The driver championship standings now see Gabriel Bortoleto leading, the future F1 rookie is only 4.5 points ahead of the Frenchman, Isack Hadjar. With only two Grand Prix left (Qatar and Abu Dhabi), the end of the season promises to be exciting.
Present on the Formula 1 calendar since 2021, replacing the Australian Grand Prix and regularly from 2023, it is now the turn of the F2 to go for the first time to the Losail International Circuit.
Losail is a track with many physical constraints for the drivers. The choice to include this layout in the F2 calendar is strategic, as it allows to prepare the drivers of tomorrow for the extreme conditions they will have to face if they reach Formula 1.
See you in two days to see who will be able to tame this demanding circuit in Qatar.
