Michelle Gatting (Iron Dames) becomes a Porsche factory driver
The member of the Iron Dames has been promoted to factory driver for the Stuttgart brand. This follows an enhanced partnership between the team and the manufacturer.

The news is very rich regarding the Iron Dames. After the announcement of the team’s return to Porsche, the promotion of Karen Gaillard within the crew for the 24 Hours of Daytona, it is now Michelle Gatting who is in the spotlight.
The Danish driver has been promoted to a Porsche factory pilot. This follows a recent partnership between the Stuttgart brand and the team founded by Deborah Mayer. The two entities have decided to work together to strengthen the momentum and promotion of women in motorsport.
With Porsche in four championships
(c) It is an honor to join forces with a brand as renowned as Porsche Motorsport, which shares the same goal of leaving a lasting legacy in motorsport while promoting progress. The Iron Dames project has always been rooted in the power of dreams to overcome obstacles », rejoices Deborah Mayer.
(e) Our goal is not only to compete at the highest level, but also to prove that the door to the racing world is open to all those who show passion and determination. By 2025, we aim to set new standards together, empower more women in endurance races, support up-and-coming female drivers, change perceptions, and inspire the next generation. The “Porsche X Iron Dames” program not only gives a new impetus to women in motorsports, but also sends a strong message: every dream is worth pursuing, regardless of its ambition. I look forward to seeing Célia, Michelle, Rahel, and Sarah driving Porsches around the world and watching the “Every Dream Matters” movement thrive with them.
